I began practicing law in Dayton in the '70s with the firm of Scott & Ensley, two of the leading trial lawyers in town. Upon the death of Mel Scott, the firm became Ensley & Harrison and then Jack Schwarz, an excellent trial attorney and former prosecutor, joined us. Following the successive and untimely passing of these dear friends and barristers, the firm became simply Jack Harrison, Attorney at Law.

The firm specializes in trial practice, that is, taking cases before a jury or arguing to the Court in such areas as juvenile, divorce, and probate where generally no jury is provided.

The large number of jury trials had by this firm gives the client added benefit of accuracy in the prediction of outcome of his or her case, whether an auto accident, criminal defense, business litigation, DUI and other traffic offenses, and even in non-jury matters, such as divorce, custody, and juvenile.

This firm has served Mongomery County and the surrounding counties for over 30 years, including Green, Warren, Clark, Butler, Preble, Darke, Clinton, Fayette, Logan, Miami, and Shelby. We provide 24 hr. emergency phone service and will confer with clients on weekends if necessary.
